Founder and CEO
Francis Najafi is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal Group, a thirty year old investment firm with experience in private equity and real estate investments.
Mr. Najafi currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Global Capacity, is a member of the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the EastWest Institute, is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), serves as Govenor of the ULI Foundation, and is active in the World's President's Organization (WPO) and Chief Executive's Organization (CEO).
Locally, Mr Najafi is a Foundation Board member of Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), on the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Art Museum, on the Board of Directors of the Sandra Day O'Connor Institute, a Cabinet member of the President's Club at Arizona State University and serves on the ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business, Dean's Council.
He earned a Bachelor's from ASU, a Master's from Thunderbird – The School of Global Management, and both a Master's and a Ph.D. candidacy at the University of Southern California.
Mr. Najafi is also a patron on numerous cultural and civic organizations.
